If you are having difficulties signing in to Partner Express, you may be experiencing a technical problem. Please review the following important technical requirements:

Agent Code or Password Problems:

  • Your password and/or login cannot contain any spaces.

Problems with Cookies.

Cookies are pieces of information sent from Web site to be stored on your computer, to allow for increased communication (usually to facilitate Web site functionality). Cookies send information about you and your computer back to a specific Web site every time you visit it, allowing for faster, more efficient and often more effective “user sessions”.

Travel Underwriters requires that your Web browser support cookies, to provide a user-friendly and functional experience when you access Partner Express. The Cookies option on your Web browser must be enabled to sign in. If you see a message notifying you that a Web site is trying to send you a Cookie at Partner Express Log-in, you should choose to continue, or you will not be able to access Partner Express.

If your browser does not support cookies, you can probably obtain a free upgrade to a newer browser that supports cookies. Please visit the following Web sites for more info:

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 5 and above
1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Internet zone.
4. Select a security level other than High.
-or-
Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 4.x
1. Click View, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll to the Security section.
4. Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.

To enable cookies for Netscape
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced category.
3. Click the radio buttons "Accept all cookies".
4. If you want to be notified when Communicator accepts a cookie, check "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

To enable cookies for Other browsers
